Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

• You do not receive your ordered items (subject to investigation).
• You request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Refunds and Store Credits

3.1 Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2 Store Credits: In some cases, store credits may be offered instead of refunds. Store credits can be applied to future purchases and have an expiration date. Unused balances after the expiration date will not be retained.
